How to become an Instructor

Our Instructor Partnership initiative is designed for professionals who are passionate about training and competence development and are sold out to giving back to learners. When you become an instructor with Pete Lauren Consulting, you go beyond the act of knowledge transfer but also contribute to the formative period of the learners – no matter their age and experience. That is why Pete Lauren Consulting considers our relationship with our instructors a partnership, because we are sold out to helping our learners become better versions of themselves through our carefully curated courses and competent instructors. As an instructor with Pete Lauren Consulting, you will be supported all the way with access to our learning management platforms, professional skills update, and robust database of materials that promote knowledge sharing and collaboration, while you help contribute to our intellectual property as part of the Pete Lauren Consulting family.
As an Instructor, you can help:.
  • Design and develop courses for Pete Lauren Consulting in your area of proficiency
  • Deliver courses to our amazing learners through our Instructor-Led Training - either virtual or face-to- face
  • Participate in our Communities of Practice and other forums where you can interact and collaborate with like-minded professionals and flourish in your profession
