This course covers the basics of Jira, including navigating the interface, managing projects, and tracking issues. Participants will gain hands-on experience in creating and managing issues, customizing workflows, and utilizing Jira’s powerful reporting features. By the end of the course, attendees will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use Jira for managing projects and improving team collaboration.
