About The Course

Purpose

A newly formed team ready to work in an Agile way attends together as a team.

Come together as a team to learn and experiment with Agile. At the end of the program, you will be ready to begin working as a cross-functional team in any of the planned Agile projects.

Learning Outcomes

• Each team has a clear and aligned purpose, and as a team understands our different roles
• Build and Develop a Team Charter
• Teams mobilised in Agile way and ready to start iterative development
• Explore the impediments teams may face as they start working in Agile, as well as strategies to overcome them
• Understand how to leverage the Agile environment and tools to become successful
• Understand external ‘enabling’ teams and how teams work with them (e.g. legal, compliance etc)
