Purpose

An immersive, interactive and informative session designed to discuss the techniques, competence and knowledge you need to thrive in your Agile domain.

Explore everyday agility at your workplace, learn about the fundamentals of agile and get hands on experience with our common practices – including what they are and how to use them.

Learning Outcomes

Learn about Agile, including:

• How different types of teams (Flexible and Home teams) can work together
• What’s available to help you apply Agile to your work.

Gain a high-level shared understanding:

• Learn, share, and align how agile is applied in different areas of business.
• The ‘share’ part is important – this is the way of applying Agile right across the board.
• This is the first cut of a wider program of learning.
• It doesn’t end today.
